DoozaCrewDooza Crew (crew.dooza.ai and the Dooza phone apps) is run by Dooza. Updated 2026-10-22.
Your name, email and phone number when you sign up. Your card goes to Stripe; we never see or store the number. The messages, files and web pages you and your agents work with stay in your own workspace.
To run your workspace and AI agents, bill you, and email you about your plan (for example before your first charge). We do not sell your data.
Stripe (payments) · OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (your agents' messages, to answer them) · Cloudflare (network) · Meta, through a pixel on the sign-up page only, to measure our ads. Your workspace is hosted on our own servers.
Each user gets their own isolated workspace, computer and browser. Other users cannot reach your files or chats.
Cancel or get a refund and your workspace is shut down; its files are deleted within 30 days. Want your data deleted sooner, or a copy of it? Email support@dooza.ai.
The app shows your Dooza workspace. It does not track you, read your contacts or sell anything to third parties.
